Yes, our Tableware is food-safe (information related to this will be shown under the product description). Pieces with gold and rainbow lustre are not recommended for microwave & dishwasher use and should be washed with gentle care to retain lustre and application.
Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order.
Some orders travel long distance to get to you, we have taken a lot of care in insuring the product reaches you safe, but in any case if it reaches you damaged, contact us immediately (the day you receive your order) with a description and photo/video. We will send a replacement out to you at no charge (depending on the current stock availability).

We ship across India and to most countries internationally.
Please allow for an additional 48 to 72 hours processing time before your item ships. After your order is processed, we ship through DHL International which takes approximately 6-12 transit days.
The transit time for International Orders can vary significantly compared to domestic shipments. Please be advised that it will typically take 2-3 business days to process an international order and between 6-12 business days for it to arrive to you after it has been shipped. Additionally, your country's Customs Authority has the right to hold your package for any reason, for 1-30 days of receipt. Should this delay occur, Midori Collective does not have the authority or ability to make any changes to or expedite your order. Please feel free to contact your customs authority for more information.
International Customers please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
At this time, our courier service is unable to ship to PO boxes.
