SHIPPING:
We ship across India and to most countries internationally. At this time, our courier is unable to ship to PO boxes. Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalising your order. Incase of an error, please mail us as soon as possible at themidoricollective@gmail.com
All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order is processed, a tracking email will be sent to the email address provided. Orders are shipped in strong boxes to ensure damage free delivery. Please note that all shipping times are guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. Please expect a slight delay for public holiday orders.
International Customers please note that you will be responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties levied by your government. Please be aware that these fees will usually be collected by the shipping agency upon delivery. Please note that we are unable to fulfil any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.
RETURNS:
We don't accept returns. Only in the case of damaged pieces on arrival, we will send you a replacement. We make small limited edition batches of all products which are meticulously designed and crafted with quality control as key focus.
Some orders travel long distance to reach you; we have taken good care in ensuring the products reach you safely. Incase your order arrives in damaged or broken condition, please contact us immediately with the description & photos of the damaged items. CANCELLATIONS:
We cannot accept cancellations and refunds on orders placed.
