Jewellery Care

Porcelain is a delicate material that is susceptible to breaking on impact. Care should be taken to protect it from knocks, chemicals, perspiration, extreme temperatures & sunlight. Do not wear jewellery when in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna/steam room or while bathing/showering. 

Avoid direct contact with corrosive agents such as soap, cream, perspiration, water, sun, heat and chemical products to preserve the lustre. Chlorine, detergents, oils & perfumes can cause damage to Swarovski crystals. Avoid grinding your jewellery on hard surfaces. Remove jewellery when doing heavy duty tasks. 

Keep jewellery stored in the original box provided when not being worn. Gently wipe with a soft cloth to retain lustre. Thoroughly dry jewellery after exposure to water. We recommend delicate handling and proper storage.

 

Tableware Care

All tableware items are food-safe and lead-free. Gold and rainbow lustre are lead-free and certified by the manufacturer for food safety. All products are microwave safe except for pieces that have gold and rainbow lustre. Suitable for daily use. When possible gradual heating and cooling is recommended (be sure not to pull a bowl from the freezer and place it in a hot oven) to avoid temperature shock. Hand wash only. 

 

Figurine Care
